23.03.10 / Adoption of our Managing Director Hans Kröner

Since he first joined the firm in 1977, the face of our company has changed strongly. Mr. Kröner was responsible for both the long-term diversification and globalization of the KREMPEL-GROUP. Thanks in great part to his efforts, today we are one of the world’s leading providers of electrical insulations, composites, solar laminates and base materials in a number of industries, with production facilities in Germany, the UK, Poland and China. Mr. Kröner’s management style pointed the way to the successful development of KREMPEL.

 

We wish to thank Mr. Kröner for his extraordinary life's work and commitment. The welfare of our customers, employees and shareholders and the interests of our external partners in industry and society were always at the core of his decisions.

 

We wish Mr. Kröner a healthy and happy future as he takes the time now with his family to enjoy the “good things” in life, for which the hectic pace of his career has thus far allowed little time.

 

As of April 1, 2010, Mr. Kröner’s duties will be taken over by Uwe Assmuth, who for the past two years has been a member of our management team and will be glad to serve as your point of contact in the future.
