We wish to inform you that as a result of the steady growth of our group of companies we shall be changing our corporate structure on 01.01.2009. From this point in time onwards the operational business of August Krempel Söhne GmbH & Co. KG will be continued by KREMPEL GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of August Krempel Söhne GmbH & Co. KG.

The change in corporate structure will not have any impact upon our existing manufacturing sites or the delivery and contact addresses with which you are familiar.  All contractual relationships August Krempel Söhne GmbH & Co. KG has with its customers, suppliers and service providers will be taken over by KREMPEL GmbH.

  

The only change as far as you are concerned is the company name and the numbers below:
